Catalyst CRM (“Catalyst CRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates catalystcrm.net and provides website design, local SEO, CRM, messaging and marketing-automation services to businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we share it, and the choices you have.
By using this site, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or communicating with us by phone, email or text message, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — name, business name, email, mobile or business phone, service address, ZIP code.
- Project details — what you tell us about your business, current website, goals, budget and service needs.
- Appointment information — the date, time and time zone you select when booking, plus any notes you add.
- Communications — emails, SMS/MMS, web chat and voicemails you exchange with us, and call recordings where you have been notified and recording is permitted by law.
- Consent records — the exact consent language shown to you, the checkbox state, the date and time, and the page URL at the moment you submitted a form.
- Billing information — for clients, billing contact and payment details, processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system and screen size.
- Pages viewed, referring URL, time zone, session duration and click behavior.
- Traffic source and campaign parameters (for example UTM tags), and a session identifier used to connect a form submission to the visit that produced it.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Notice.
Information from third parties
- Publicly available business listing data (business name, address, phone, website presence) used for outbound prospecting.
- Advertising and analytics platforms that report conversions and audience data to us.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our services are directed to businesses rather than children.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
- To schedule, confirm, remind you of and follow up on appointments.
- To send transactional and service messages by email and SMS.
- To send marketing and promotional messages — only where you have separately opted in.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and services.
- To measure marketing performance and attribute conversions.
- To keep records required for legal, tax, accounting and telecom-compliance purposes, including proof of messaging consent.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
4. SMS and text messaging
Two separate consents
Our forms request two distinct, independently optional consents:
- Non-marketing (transactional) messages. Messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and appointment reminders.
- Marketing and promotional messages. Special offers, discounts and service updates.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may decline either consent and still work with us.
Message details
- Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed; marketing messages are typically sent no more than a few times per month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard rates apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages of that type.
- For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected] or (702) 410-6267.
- Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed.
Phone calls
We may contact business phone numbers by phone, including by automated or AI-assisted calling systems, for business-to-business purposes. If you ask to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list we will honor that request and retain the record for at least five years. To make that request, email [email protected] with the phone number.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers operating our business under contract — our CRM and marketing-automation platform, email and SMS delivery providers, telephony and voice providers, calendar and video-meeting providers, hosting and CDN providers, analytics providers and payment processors. They may use your data only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others.
- Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your direction — when you ask us to share information with a specific party.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing except delivery subcontractors, as stated in Section 4.
6. Data retention
We keep contact and project records for as long as you are a client and for up to seven years afterward for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep SMS consent and opt-out records for at least five years as required by telecom regulations. Website analytics data is generally retained for up to 26 months. You may request earlier deletion as described in Section 9.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand how the site is used and measure advertising performance. Full detail, including how to turn categories off, is in our Cookie Notice. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable law requires.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
